Maroc – “Radicalisation islamique ou eldorado économique ?” Quid de la question sécuritaire ? Quels scénarios ?

La question sécuritaire est souvent évoquée lorsque l’on aborde le risque marocain. Certains redoutent une prise de pouvoir des islamistes, d’autres n’y voit qu’un nouvel eldorado pour des investisseurs en quête de marchés prometteurs. Qu’en est-il réellement et comment hiérarchiser cette question sans tomber dans la paranoïa des uns ou dans le relativisme angélique des autres ?
