Géopolitique : quelle pédagogie pour des dirigeants privés et publics de plus en plus incultes ?

Depuis le début du XXIe s, le niveau culturel des dirigeants publics et privés français a considérablement baissé. Pour beaucoup, ils ne sont plus en mesure d’avoir cette intelligence des situations et des jeux d’acteurs géopolitiques que l’auteur a pu longtemps côtoyer dans les cénacles du pouvoir.
