Revue Marine de l’ACORAM n° 274 – Janvier – Mars 2022

La question des « Alliances » est au cœur de l’actualité internationale depuis quelques années, notamment en France avec notre réintégration au sein du commandement de l’OTAN et désormais avec les manœuvres anglo-saxonnes autour du concept « Indo-Pacifique ». Elle est même l’objet de débats passionnels tant les questions d’allégeances politiques, d’alignements diplomatiques ou de suppléances opérationnelles vis-à-vis des puissances qui dominent les rapports de force se posent. Nous pourrions penser que nous sommes les seuls, du fait de la singularité de nos postures gaulliennes, mais c’est l’ensemble de la communauté internationale qui est désormais concernée par la profusion de traités, d’accords et d’alliances dans tous les domaines.
