Depuis 15 ans je n’ai cessé d’alerter sur les risques de guerres que nous devions anticiper sur les plans diplomatiques et militaires que ce soit sur le glacis de l’Europe, sur la Méditerranée orientale ou sur la mer de Chine. Il suffit de reprendre tous mes éditos en matière géopolitique… Pour ma part, je ne suis pas surpris par les évènements auxquels nous assistons et j’ai beaucoup de tristesse pour tous les ukrainiens qui subissent cette tragédie…
