Un jour, l’un des grands patrons que j’ai eu le privilège de servir, marin, polytechnicien et ingénieur du génie maritime, a ouvert le comité de direction en nous interpellant de la façon suivante : « Messieurs, nous savons toujours pourquoi nous échouons, nous ne savons jamais pourquoi nous réussissons ! Je souhaiterais que vous mettiez ce point à l’ordre du jour avec vos équipes. Quelles sont les clés de la réussite ? »
