A l’instar de la nature, la géostratégie a, elle aussi, horreur du vide. C’est ainsi qu’en absence de coopération, d’organisation et de planification de l’espace tricontinental atlantique, on assiste à une montée en puissance des capacités de nuisance : insécurité, trafic d’armes, cybercriminalité, multiplication des réseaux mafieux, blanchiment d’argent et surtout trafic de drogue….
