Pour Raymond ARON la guerre serait enfin devenue improbable et la paix impossible avec l’avènement de l’ère nucléaire. Aujourd’hui la guerre est semble t-il redevenue probable, il suffit de regarder autour de nous : en Europe et en particulier en Méditerranée.
